Questions & Answers
What silencer fits my Royal Enfield Classic 350?
The BS3 Silencer is the standard fitment for the Classic 350/500, available in Chrome, Black or a dual-tone finish. If you want a deeper note, the BS3 Riverscone or BS3 Big Pipe are built on wider-diameter bodies for the same bike. All three are bolt-on, direct fit — no modification needed.
What’s the difference between Chrome and Black finish?
Both are the same body and internals — the difference is purely the exterior finish. Chrome is polished for a mirror look and is our most-requested finish for a stock-look bike. Black is a powder coat, which shows less road grime over time. We also make Chrome + Black and Black + Chrome dual-tone options on most models.
Do you offer bulk/dealer pricing?
Yes. Approved dealers and contractors get tiered pricing off list price, applied automatically once your dealer account is approved. Get in touch through our Contact page or sign up for a dealer account to see your pricing.
What’s the warranty on HKK silencers?
Warranty terms are confirmed at the time of purchase and vary by product — ask your dealer or contact us directly before ordering if warranty coverage is a deciding factor.
How do I install a new silencer?
Every HKK silencer is bolt-on, direct fit for the bike model it is listed under — no cutting or welding is needed. We recommend fitting by a mechanic familiar with your specific model, since torque specs and clamp order vary slightly between bikes.
Are HKK silencers BS6/emission compliant?
Compliance depends on the specific model and your local regulations — confirm with us directly for your bike model and region before ordering if this is a requirement for you.
What’s the minimum order quantity for dealers?
Most silencers are packed and sold in cartons of 10; double-fitting silencers are packed in cartons of 20; guards are packed 6 to a carton. Exact minimums are listed on each product’s specification table.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery timelines vary by destination — contact us for an estimate to your location.
How do I become an HKK dealer/distributor?
Contact us through the Contact page with your business details. Once approved, you’ll get access to dealer pricing and the dealer ordering portal.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges are handled case by case — contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and the process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, cheque and cash for dealer and contractor orders, and online card/UPI or cash on delivery for retail orders.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and current order volume — we’ll confirm an estimate when you place your order.
Do all your silencers come in every finish?
Most come in all four — Chrome, Black, Chrome + Black and Black + Chrome. A few models (the Angular Silencer, the X3/X4 Design silencers, and the Meteor X2 Design) are made in a smaller set of finishes only — check the specific product page for what’s available.
What material are your silencers made from?
Silencer bodies are stainless steel. Guards and the chain sprocket are mild steel, black powder coated for corrosion resistance.
Will a Classic model silencer fit my Reborn or Hunter?
No — each bike model has its own mounting geometry at the header clamp and frame bracket, so silencers are not interchangeable across models even when they look similar. Always order the silencer listed under your specific bike model.
Can I buy a single piece, or only by the carton?
Retail customers can order a single piece. Dealers ordering at carton quantities get the tiered dealer pricing — see the specification table on each product for its carton size.
What does the "Also fits" note on a product page mean?
Some parts, like the Classic Model Sari Guard, are used across more than one bike model. "Also fits" links you to the other model page it applies to, so you don’t have to search twice.
Do you make custom or one-off silencers?
Our current range is the models listed on this site. For a custom requirement, contact us directly to discuss.
What’s the difference between the standard and "Big Pipe" versions?
The Big Pipe version is built on an oversized-bore body for a deeper, lower-pitched exhaust note than the standard silencer for the same bike model. Fitment and finish options are otherwise the same.
What’s the difference between Short Plate and Long Plate on the X3/X4 Design silencers?
Both share the same body — the difference is the length of the styled end-plate at the tip. Choose based on the look you want; fitment is identical.
